WHAT IS S2C17 HEAVY DUTY EXTERNAL CLEANER?
S2C17 Heavy Duty Cleaner, is a highly effective alkaline based detergent specifically designed for the de-greasing and restoration of most external stone surfaces. It will remove heavy contamination and ingrained dirt.

WHAT CAN IT BE USED ON?
S2C17 can be used on natural stone surfaces, concrete, terracotta, porcelain & quarry tile.
ATTENTION: S2C17 is not to be used on polished surfaces, new wood, or methacrylate (in this case, rinse immediately). It is not advised for use on marble.
A TEST AREA MUST ALWAYS BE CARRIED OUT BEFORE APPLICATION.

HOW TO USE: Dilution depending on area and contamination.
For intensive cleaning and degreasing :
 1. PRE-WET the surface. Dilute 1:5 (it is advised to use a pump sprayer) 
2. Spread over the surface (it is advised to use a pump sprayer)
 3. Leave to dwell for 10-15 minutes then agitate with a large stiff brush, nylon pad or single disc machine
 4. Rinse thoroughly using a hose or pressure washer (For a deeper clean dilute 1:3).

For heavy duty lichen cleaning on patios, walls, and general stone/porcelain surfaces :
 1.PRE-WET the surface. Dilute 1:5
 2. Spread over the surface (it is advised to use a pump sprayer)
 3. Leave to dwell for at least 5 hours (for best results, leave over night)  
4. Once left to dwell, re-spray lightly and agitate the area with a large brush, nylon pad or single disc machine
 5. Remove using a pressure washer (for best results, a heat wash is advised)
 
 For use on tarmac, we advise starting with a dilution rate of 1:10

Coverage (per litre):  Diluted 1:3 up to 30m2 / Diluted 1:5 up to 50m2 / Diluted 1:10 up to 100m2
Please note that coverage will vary depending on porosity of the stone.

STORAGE: Storage temperature from 5°c to 30°c. The product should be applied to materials with temperature between 5°c and 30°c.

WARNING: Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label to hand. If in eyes: rinse continually and caution with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice and attention.
Wear eye protection / face protection and gloves when using the product;
Additionally, wash hands thoroughly after handling the product.
